What We Do 

In recognising that everyone’s needs are different we have developed a range of resources and activities under the three strands of information, learning and reading.

Information 

Accessing information about mental health and wellbeing can help us to feel better and respond to our problems positively.

Health in Mind provides information both online through our website, and offline through resources and activities in libraries and other community venues across Northern Ireland.

Learning

Learning throughout life can build our self–esteem and social relationships.

Health in Mind offers learning opportunities to help people improve their understanding and awareness of mental health and how to look after their wellbeing.

Reading 

In libraries across Northern Ireland Health in Mind provides therapeutic and mood–boosting books to help you enhance your mental health and wellbeing.

Health in Mind Read Aloud events bring people together to experience positive wellbeing and happiness through the joy of shared reading.
